With the mind of an engineer and the heart of a mountain pioneer, my goal is to make off-grid and sustainable living more approachable to all. Though trained as an Aerospace Engineer I have always been just as concerned about what happens on the ground as in the sky. I have a passion for developing off-grid technologies and systems that are rugged, reliable, but not needlessly complex. Here at Kodaponics we hope to design solutions that don't require an engineering degree to maintain, fix, or operate. Our goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to have more control over their human footprint.

Growing up I've always had the deepest respect for the beauty and complexity of the natural world. I worked to understand nature's cycles and systems through the lens of Biochemistry and Food Science at A&M. After graduating, my journey took me first to the GrowHaus in Denver, a non-profit aquaponic and hydroponic farm where I learned invaluable lessons of sustainability and the realities of food scarcity. I later returned to Texas to help manage several different hydroponic farms and to create unique hydroponic formulas to optimize the taste and nutritional value of the food we grew. Kodaponics is the culmination of Connor's expertise in robust and reliable design combined with biochemical knowledge proven to produce incredible food. Together, we aim to reduce the reliance on the food supply chain and encourage everyone to reconnect with what they eat.
